Daibutsu

In the city of Kamakura, Japan, there is a specific Buddhist Temple with a statue called Daibutsu. This is a very large statue of Buddha created back in 1252. The three of us decided we had waited long enough to see The Great Buddha statue. Stella fell asleep on the walk toward the temple. We spend about 30-45 minutes just taking pictures and praying in such a peacefull and beautiful environment. As we walked away, we wondered if we should wake Stella up since she wanted to see Buddha too. It just so happened that she popped right up as we were stopped just outside the temple and said she wanted to see Buddha. So we all walked back in to enjoy yet another view. Enjoy the pictures.
